FAQ about Family Sessions

I recommend inquiring at least no later than a month away from when you are hoping to schedule your session for due to a high volume of existing clients for 2025-26. In terms of when you should book your session, I highly recommend the end of the summer going into the fall for consistent weather.
A lot of families use these photographs for holiday cards so scheduling these sessions before the peak of autumn is best so that you reserve a date sooner than later!
If you are interested in holding our session outdoors, I recommend scheduling a half hour before sunset to ensure the best lighting but totally understanding of availability, feedings/nap times etc. so these can be schedule any time!
As far as indoor sessions go, I would say scheduling these when your home has the most lighting coming in would be ideal but again, it can be at any time you have open!
You do have the option to purchase additional photos.
Once you receive your gallery, if by chance you are interested in purchasing more images, you can put in a request. I will send you a PDF file of all the photos that are available with a watermark applied. You can then select the images you would like to purchase and they will be sent within 1-2 weeks later.

At this time, I do not offer services to document events for families. Due to a high volume of wedding couples and my heart being in other areas of photography, I no longer offer these types of photo opportunities but would be happy to recommend you to other photographers who may!
